A very comfortable stay in a fresh and modern room

We arrived about 18:00 and my husband was due at a function very close to the hotel so he changed and I took him in our car, so that I knew where he was. I returned and took our three dogs out of the car and fed them on the carpark next to the car, then I took them for a walk. When I returned, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and I did not feel as if I was alone. I think some of the other customers had been before, and the feeling I had from those customers and from the staff was as if we were one big family. The function finished about 22:30 when I drove our car to my husband (as he had luggage to carry), and I then walked the dogs back to the hotel, and took them and their bedding to our room. As the hotel advertises that pets are welcome, we expected a floor that was easy to wash, so were surprised to find that the room is carpeted. There is a modern, fresh look to the decor and the gardens, which include a pool, have a tropical look. The morning was frosty, so the Christmas reindeer were a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. As we had both eaten well the previous evening, neither of us wanted any breakfast so we enjoyed the opportunity to have a Sunday morning lie-in. We enjoyed the night away from home and, if there is a future opportunity, we will extend our stay and make a weekend visit. Thank you very much to the very helpful and welcoming staff, in particular to Gaelle. Best wishes to everyone.

Best in Toulouse

Although some distance from the City I never waited more than 10 minutes for transport. The hotel is a beautiful building which has spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. The bar and restaurant are well looked after and the food is amazing. What makes this hotel so good though is the staff. From the moment I arrived the professional and friendly staff made me feel welcome and throughout the stay they made me feel like the member of a small family.

Great service

Really friendly staff and great food in the restaurant. I stayed here as it is pretty close to the airport for a flight i had early the next morning. Wifi was good and there was loads of parking. Happy to recommend and would stay here again myself

The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better.

Très loin d'être à 4 étoiles

Cet hôtel est annoncé sur le site pour être un 4 étoiles ce qui est totalement faux. Nous sommes au niveau d'un Ibis budget, à part que ce dernier est beaucoup moins cher. Deux étoiles seraient amplement suffisant. Les boules quies sont nécessaires pour pouvoir se reposer correctement.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la première fois du 7 au 10 avril 2025. Le service est très mauvais: réveil à 7h du matin la 1ère nuit, par une personne qui est rentré dans la chambre en pensant qu’il n’y avait personne....sans avoir vérifié... Le soir même je passe une commande en room service à 19h...à 20h, n’ayant pas de nouvelle de mon diner, j’ai rappeler le restaurant pour m’apercevoir qu’ils m’avaient oublié. Le lendemain soir, j’appelle pour un nouveau room service, on me met en attente plus de 15 mins pour finalement devoir rappeler une 2nd puis une 3eme fois pour qu’on me prenne au téléphone.... Femmes de ménage qui parlent fort dans les couloirs et qui travaillent avec la musique à 8h....pas terrible pour ceux qui veulent se reposer un peu le matin. Alarme incendie qui se declenche à plus de 23h pendant 10 mins sans que l’on sache pourquoi....ca fait beaucoup pour un petit séjour de 3 nuits.... dommage parce que l’hôtel parait plutôt calme et tranquille sinon.
