An amazing hotel in the heart of Toulouse

This hotel is a gem centrally and conveniently situated a short stroll away from the heart of Toulouse and the beautiful Victor Hugo Market with all the best restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was very good. And the parking provided was very helpful. We had the most amazing reception from two extremely helpful and friendly receptionists. Can not praise them enough.

Comfortable and convenient

A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality. Very compact room but well laid out for functionality. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however.

Laurenço (not sure of spelling) was at the front desk on arrival and was very accommodating. He was able to hold our luggage until check in and check out in order to allow us to sightsee. The breakfast provided was nice and adequate. The nicely appointed room met our needs. The location was within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Rugby away days

Toulouse is an annual trip for us to watch the rugby. Have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is one of the good ones. On a quiet street but very close to the centre & only a 5 min walk to shops bars and restaurants. It's clean and comfortable and good value for money. We booked room only so can't comment on food options

This is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city with parking. The only issue we had was that we were assigned to a room on the 7th floor but the elevator only went up to the 6th. We had to carry our bags up a narrow, steep staircase.

Good experience

Nice hotel situated in the city centre, walking distance to and from the airport bus which takes 15 / 20 min to and from the airport. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants around. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good! Hotel provided unlimited bottled water, coffee and tea amenities in the reception. In general we had a lovely stay
