Good, basic, if somewhat austere accomodations. the room was clean and comfortable for the three of us. Only real complaint was the noise overnight (we slept with our windows open) cooing from the street cleaning, garbage removal etc. It would be nice if the room was equipped with more electrical outlets for charging devices etc.

Hôtel bruyant et globalement moyen

Au delà des travaux juste en face de ma chambre et dont l’établissement n’est pas responsable, je déplore principalement un manque d’insonorisation intérieur qui fait que l’on vit littéralement avec les personnes des autres chambres. J’ai été réveillé tous les matins par le réveil et les pas de la personne au dessus de moi, quand ce n’était pas par les personnes dans le couloir. Autres griefs : des tapis anciens certes très jolis mais qui ne sont pas aspirés correctement (cheveux, etc), une TV des années 2000 (24 pouces), des rideaux occultant mal et pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception…

Good value, don’t let construction worry you.

I arrived and saw a major construction project directly in front of hotel and out my window. I was worried about the noise, but the windows literally silenced it.. there was a cement truck and a crane feet from my window and the sound was non existent with windows closed… open them and boom. I was happily surprised. Location was great, across from Victor Hugo Market and walking distance from train station. My single room was small, but I am only one person. I had enough room.

Valeur sure

Etablissement toujours bien tenu et propre. Les chambres sont plutot petites par rapport aux standards actuels mais pour y dormir c est amplement suffisant. les salles de bain sont pratiques et propres. Bien placé en centre ville pour visiter Toulouse la contrepartie est le bruit les nuits de fin de semaine venant des fetards qui arpentent les rues mais cela est général dans le centre de Toulouse. En tous les cas c est une valeur sure à bon rapport qualité prix selon moi.

The room was good and clean. The hotel location is good. Staff are nice. The room slightly smelled like smoke even though it's non smoking. I wish I could control the heat in the room.

Helpful staff got through some issues

We had initially booked a family room, but upon ruturning feom dinner water was leaking from the ceiling. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and moved us to two rooms. These were small but servicable. Thanks to the staff it ended up alright in the end.
