Clean, smoke free hotel.

We had a double room that suited our needs. Our air con didn't work the first night and when we notified reception the next day we were moved straight away. The hotel and room was clean, bright and smoke free. You get fresh towels and mat everyday. There is a lift so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs. Our room didn't have a lot of space but we were only there to sleep so it suited us fine. Try to check in when reception is open as we fumbled with checking in via the machine outside. I recommend this place.

Warm welcome but dirty room

After a warm welcome, I discovered a rather dirty room ... I am someone simple and I sometimes just need a bed and a bathroom ... but cleanliness is my priority . the yellowish tapestry with traces on the wall, the bathroom and the room gave an impression of general dirt ... The rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning and a facelift. The Hotel is located in the Combo-basso activity pool, which makes it ideal for visiting local businesses. Unfortunately there are not many hotels around.

LOW STANDARD HOTEL BUILDING AMID OFFICE BUILDINGS

Finding this hotel is very difficult and we had to use a costly taxi to get there. Not for tourists only junior staff visiting corporate premises nearby. Nothing is said in the description about poor access to public tansport. Small functional rooms. The bed was very hard and there were only two small pillows for two guests. Bathroom adequate. View from window uninspiring - concrete office blocks and derelict land. Breakfast poor in quantity and quality not reflecting to any extent the quality of local foofstuffs.

There should be more people to support the guests. There is no hotel stuff available from 12 PM to 5 PM. which is complete nonsense.

Basic hotel

The hotel key code opens everything, your door, front door, gate to the propert etc. There is a store Intermarche 2 minutes by car, other then that not much around. Store closes at 8 pm and the hotel door at 9 pm. Without the pass code you will not get in. There does not seem to be anyone from the staff around after that. Hotel is clean and quiet. It could use some simple things like soap, shampoo etc. It was good, basic hotel just what we needed before an early departure.

Ça fait 2 fois que je viens et 2 fois un peu tard. Hormis qu'il n'y ai plus d'accueil on nous envois un faux numéro pour rentrer. On reste donc dehors. Pas très sympa pour un hotel. Quand on appelle un responsable il nous dit que c'est normal et que les numeros envoyer automatiquement par mail pour rentrer sont toujours faux. Résultat attente 45 mn de 22h30 a 23h15...et il pleuvait...hôtel a fuir !!!!!
