Tolle mediterrane Unterkunft

Ein sehr sympathisches und ursprüngliches Gebäude. Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen schönen Balkon. Wir haben alles gefunden, was man zum Kochen und Wohnen benötigt, sogar ein recht scharfes Schneidemesser :) schade fast, dass die recht historische Wohnung teils mit "neuen" Möbeln ausgestattet wurde. Die Wohnungen sind ruhig gelegen, allerdings recht hellhörig. Uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Pools sind sehr schön angelegt und alle finden in direkter Nähe ein schönes Plätzchen mit Liege

Fazit: Empfehlenswert

Die Fahrt durch die engen Gassen bzw. die Auffahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich. Ich bin froh, dass wir mit dem kleinen Auto von meinem Mann gefahren sind. Die Unterkunft von außen ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig, hat aber dieses italienische Flair. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und auch sauber. Jedoch ist es sehr hellhörig. Wir haben unsere Nachbarn ständig gehört und auch unsere, sowie ihre Dielen haben bei jedem Schritt geknarrt.

Wir hatten von unserer Wohnung (Nr.20) einen schönen Ausblick auf den See Der Pool war sauber, wir nutzten Ihn fast täglich Standort der Wohnung sehr gut Ein Wanderweg beginnt direkt hinter dem Haus. Anfahrt zur Parkmöglichkeit am Haus abenteuerlich eng in den Gassen. Wohnung leider etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Alles in Allem fühlten wir uns wohl

Die Wohnung war dunkel und muffig.

Wäsche und Kleidung wurden sogar in der Wohnung feucht. Der Sitzplatz im Innenhof war wenig attraktiv. Die Möbel waren aus einer anderen Zeit. Laden und Türen waren schwergängig. Der Kleiderschrank war muffig und es gab nur eine Kleiderstange ohne Bügel. Wäschefächer gab es darin keine.

Sehr schön gelegen und liebevoll renoviert

Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Alles da was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine hatte ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Die Auffahrt könnte allerdings einige Anreisende überfordern. Es ist sehr eng und das Auto sollte nicht zu breit bzw. zu lang sein. Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk der Unterkunft und die Renovierung mit offener Ziegelwand sowie auch der Ausblick sind wirklich sehr schön gewesen.

Schöne Anlage mit toller Aussicht

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die FeWo und die Anlage war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Geräte fürs Kochen und Abwaschen sind alle da (Lebensmittel inkl. Gewürze natürlich nicht, letztere wahrscheinlich wg. Corona). Der Parkplatz ist etwas abenteuerlich aber bei Bedarf nutzbar und hilfreich. Wir fanden es super.

Fewo war sauber und gemütlich und wunderschon gelegen. Auchdie Anlage mit den beiden Pools hat uns gut gefallen. Nur der Aufstieg zur Fewo war durch die alte Steintreppe teilweise ohne Handlauf etwas beschwerlich. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Wasserkocher, um mal einen Tee zubereiten zu können.

super schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhige Lage.Nachteil keine Ausstattung vorhanden (keine Gewürze, Putzlappen, Duschabzieher, usw) ansonsten alles vor Ort. Super Pizzalieferservice im Ort und ein guter Bäcker ist auch ums Eck. Reisetipps: Vall de Cartier dasTal der Paiermühlen ist sehr empfehlenswert, hier beginnt der Einstieg für eine schöne Wanderung direkt in Toscolano–Maderno. Etwas entfernt aber auch absolut empfehlenswert ist die Alpe del Garda, eine Direktvermarktung, hier kann man günstig Käse, Speck, Olivenöl usw. einkaufen.

Für Freunde alter Häuser

Wir haben im ältesten Teil des Objekts gewohnt: Die geräumige Wohnung mit hoher alter Balkendecke und Balkon zur schmalen, von Häusern eines alten Teils von Toscolano eingefassten Zufahrtsstraße war kühl, ruhig und gut eingerichtet, dazu so renoviert, dass man die lange Baugeschichte des Hauses ablesen konnte. Hinter dem Haus ein terrassierter Garten mit Swimmingpool und Liegewiese unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Zum See in Toscolano max. 10 min zu Fuß. Toscolano ist kein typischer Touristenort, nicht überfüllt, mit Papierfabrik am See. Uns hat es genau deswegen dort gut gefallen.
