Oude vieze versleten woning, tuin achterstallig onderhoud, wespen plaag en onkruid over groot deel oprit.Stoelen waar je niet op kon zitten ivm losse stoelpoten. Diverse lampen niet voorzien van lichtbronnen.Spiegel badkamer die maar net blijft hangen.Vieze muren op slaapkamer, doorgezakte bed onderstellen en kapotte tegels. Keukengerei voldoet zeker niet voor 5 personen, bij elkaar geraapt spul.
