The barn at Masia Santa Caterina accommodates 4 people. It is ideal for a family or a small group of friends, but also for a couple looking to explore the surroundings. Dogs will feel comfortable in the fenced garden. The barn has its own terrace adjoining the garden, where the pool is also located.

The house is situated in an idyllic and quiet village near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. The numerous paths leading to the nature reserve and the small, rarely traveled country roads between the surrounding villages invite you to hike and cycle. The barn and Masia together form the tranquil focal point with 145 and 240 square meters of space, respectively.

The barn has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed on the upper floor and a small bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor. It can accommodate 4 guests, and with an extra bed, exceptionally 5. It features an open kitchen in the living area with a dining area and a sofa corner, 2 shower rooms, and a spacious entrance area.

The garden is only used in August by the tenants of the farmhouse; in winter, the owners use the farmhouse but not the garden.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Zu Gast wie bei guten Freunden

Mittelalterliche Finca mit umgebauter Scheune/Remise, aber mit guter Ausstattung: Fußbodenheizung, Heizkörper, Waschmaschine, Internet, TV, 2 Bäder, / 2 Schlafzimmer, alles im Landestypischer Gestaltung, dazu ein toller Garten mit Pool. Außerhalb gelegen in einem kleinem Dorf. Absolute Ruhe, man hört nur die Vögel. Klasse Ausgangslage für Wander- und Radtouren. In 20 Minuten mit dem Rad in L‘Escala. Man hat das Gefühl nicht zahlender Gast zu sein, sondern als Gast sich bei guten Freunden zu befinden. Die Anlage steht einem eigentlich alleine zur Verfügung, nur ab und zu sind Oliver und Marta die Vermieter im Haupthaus.

Ruime mooi gerestaureerde schuur. Heerlijk beschutte veranda om lekker in de schaduw te kunnen zitten. Ruime tuin met klein zwembadje om af te koelen. Prettig contact met Oliver.
