Casa Carmen - L'Estartit, Torre Vella

This very well maintained holiday home is located in a small neighborhood of 18 houses near the forest, about 5 km. from the beautiful sandy beach and the center of L'Estartit. This seaside resort was once an old fishing village and today it has become a popular holiday destination. With its pleasant shopping streets, the boulevard and lively port makes it worth a visit! And we must not forget its long sandy beach where you can kayak, kite surf, snorkel, sail, ... or where you can choose to stay on a towel to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea with his Spanish sun. You can also swap the sea for a swimming pool! Because Casa Carmen has a nice communal pool located on the edge of a forest, creating a relaxing atmosphere. You can find a restaurant 300 meters from the house and at approximately 2 km. is a supermarket with bakery. Casa Carmen has a lovely terrace with BBQ. The house has three floors. On the ground floor are the living/dining room with fireplace, TV (Spanish channels) and doors to the balcony which offers a magnificent view over the countryside. There is a open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a balcony with stunning views, and a luxurious bathroom. Under the house is a floor with the second bathroom with laundry room.
