Mas Pinell is an exclusive residential area located between l'Estartit and Pals, with direct access to an extensive beach of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Its natural environment, with dunes, pine forests and views of the Medes Islands, makes it a unique place to relax, walk or practice water sports. In addition, it is perfectly connected with the main points of interest in the Empordà, such as Pals, Begur, Peratallada or Torroella de Montgrí.
The house, of 58 m², is tastefully decorated and designed for the comfort of up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms: two inside the dwelling and a third located in a cosy independent annex built in the beautiful private patio, ideal for offering greater privacy or to accommodate the younger ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. The patio offers an ideal space to enjoy outdoor meals or moments of rest in the sun.
