The building has an elevator that goes up to the seventh floor, allowing easy access to the apartment on the eighth floor. You can also enjoy a spacious terrace with furniture, ideal for outdoor relaxation and taking in the breathtaking sea views.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. You can prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the dining area or on the terrace overlooking the sea.

Matelas et banquette salon en très mauvais état. À notre arrivée le ménage sous les n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps!! La télévision ne fonctionne pas, le câble antenne arraché.
