We waren niet tevreden om 3 redenen :1. Bij het aankomen waren er al problemen om de digitale sleutel te hanteren voor de eerste deur. Na 20 min. zijn we dan uiteindelijk met de hulp van een bewoner binnen geraakt. De tweede deur idem ook en contact met Sunstayrentals ook weer 15 min en een nieuwe link. De derde deur (die van het app. zelf) ook opnieuw met nog een andere kode. Eens binnen lagen de sleutels en badges op de tafel. Later blijkt dan ook dat de sleutels niet werken wel de badges. Want ik heb gecontroleerd bij een van de bewoners en zij hadden een andere sleutel. Tot 4 keer toe hebben we contact moeten leggen met sunstayrentals wat ons veel stress heeft bezorgd. Onze digitale toegang leek om de twee dagen’expired’ waarna we telkens terug contact moesten opnemen. 2. Voorzieningen in de keuken waren minimaal. er was maar 1 glas wijn om uit te drinken. Hebben er een bij gekocht en hebben dit ook gemeld aan sunstayrentals doch werd niet opgelost. 3. Douche was amper 70 op 70. Je kon er amper in draaien. Zeer onaangenaam. 4. zwembad was niet open en geen ligzetels. Te vroeg in het seizoen zeiden ze ons waardoor we telkenmale moesten uitwijken naar het strand (mijn man houdt niet van het strand) vandaar onze keuze voor deze bestemming. Spijtig !We hebben er toch het beste van gemaakt en vinden het heel jammer zo te moeten reageren. En wij vinden dat we recht hebben op een billijke financiële vergoeding. Ps. Bij het verlaten was ook probleem met sleutels. STRESS.
