Located just a few metres from the centre and with easy road and train access, this apartment has a private lift that connects directly to the Carihuela promenade and Bajondillo beach. The studio, renovated in spring 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10-square-metre terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol. The living-dining room includes a double bed, table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a vitroceramic hob for comfortably preparing your meals.
Services and common areas
The complex has a large swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility, surrounded by a wide viewpoint with garden furniture and a bar (consumptions not included). For those traveling with children, there is a special pool for them and the perimeter of the common areas is completely fenced for their safety. Additionally, access to the elevators to the beach is restricted by encoded cards, ensuring the privacy and security of guests.

Great location
The studio was very clean and very well located. I had everything I needed. The place was well secured, which I appreciated. Light sewer odour present and the bed and mattress need to be replaced. I would recommend this studio, best for 1 person.

Good, but very bad bed
The bed is terrible, chairs on balcony should be better (nice to have 2 'lazy' chairs). The rest is OK. In general we had a good 4 weeks.
