Prperty looked nice but we couldn't open balcony doors,air conditioning did not work,1 toilet didn't work one shower flooded when used.A plumber fixed the loo and shower eventually but we couldn't open up the balcony as advertised. The building was nearly derelict and the swimming pool was out of order.Iam now trying to get my deposit back but can get no answer on e mail or WhatsApp. The company Waterfrontmalaga are useless .
First of all they asked, for cash when they shouldn't have. They asked us to pay the 2rd part of our rental fee, and 350 euros deposit, in cash which we're still waiting for. They claimed we hadn't left one of the keys when we checked out,and that one of doors to the balcony had come out of the runner. After showing video evidence, and getting in touch with Vrbro, the key was found, and the door was working. Waterfront,also seem to have upset some of the residents in the building. We was subjected to threatening notes pinned to our door. Their response to this was to ignore them, and to not let anyone in.I will definitely make sure when booking an apartment again that its not managed by Waterfront Malaga, who will take their time answering your messages, and will make stuff up to keep your deposit.

Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Aussicht und die Lage für 6 Personen definitiv zu klein....mit 4 Personen perfek....es gibt zu wenig Informationen und alles sehr unpersönlich alles nur per Email oder WhatsApp

Für 6 Personen wie angeblich angegeben ist viel zu klein.....wir waren mit 3 Personen da und konnten nicht im Balkon zusammen sitzen
Tres belle vue sur la mer et l’emplacement parfaite peut pas demander mieux l'appartement sur belle et avec la vue du lit seule bémol jamais été capable de faire fonctionner lair clim et le chauffage manque de crochets a part ca j’y retournerai sans problème

Excellent emplacement
Nous avons apprécié l’excellent emplacement de l’appartement et la propreté de celui-ci.
Nous avons été très déçus par l’accueil qui a été bâclé par Marie. Aucune information donnée (pas de tour de l’appartement, pas de codes wifi, il a fallu les demander par la suite, pas d’information sur les accès de la résidence…).
Trop de communication whatsapp alors que nous parlons l’espagnol. Il aurait été plus simple de communiquer par téléphone.
Nous avons été dérangés à 3 reprises durant notre séjour pour l’installation d’un détecteur de vent pour le store, et la baie qui ne s’ouvrait pas complètement.
Nous avons été pris pour des idiots pour la télécommande du store qui était soi-disant à notre disposition et finalement il nous a été dit qu’elle n’était pas à notre disposition de peur que nous ne refermions pas le store en cas de vent…
Même si cela ne nous a pas manqué, il n’y a pas de connexion pour la télévision.
La baignoire « jacuzzi » ne correspond pas à la photo.
Il manque beaucoup de finitions (il manque des plaintes, trou apparent dans la baignoire, papier décollé dans l’espace de rangement de l’une des chambres…).
Rien pour étendre le linge, ni accrocher les serviettes dans les salles de bain.
Enfin aucun des badges remis n’a fonctionné pour l’ouverture du garage.
Heureusement qu’il y avait le concierge pour nous ouvrir.
Et dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de place attitrée car lorsque le parking est complet obligation de stationner à l’extérieur.
