The ad said soundproof , but it was not at all. We could hear every door open and everyone’s conversations in their rooms. The place was very clean and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location. The ad also said toiletries were included but there was no shampoo or conditioner, so we had to go buy some but thankfully there were multiple convenient stores in the neighborhood.

Stayed for a few days while I explored Malaga and would say i would definitely stay there again. The place is secure and whilst i was there, pretty quiet too. The cleaning lady was so lovely, managed to have a laugh even tho we didn't understand each other properly. My room was clean plus a bidet was a bonus

Good location, clean, and reasonably priced. It took a while for the room to warm up, and I didn’t receive check-in information until I arrived. No one was there to open the door because the property has no reception; you get codes for the main entrance and your room. Apparently this was because they didn’t have the guest’s phone number from Hotels.com.
