Located in a quiet and sought-after residential area, the villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to the beach, restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere of the Paseo Marítimo.

Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with BBQ and a large shaded terrace with an outdoor dining area, ideal for long meals together.

The house features 6 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, a bright and spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
