Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It is located in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance to the marina and beach. The solarium is a bonus.

Poor penthouse
Aircon didnt work reported twice no response or help. no beds for penthouse at pool .only 2 beds on the sunroof and accomodates 6 people . there were 3 of us so not enough reported said couldnt help .outside light falling off wall at dining table outside. outside dining chairs damaged . bedroom drawer broken .black mouldy bathmat .not enough towels .no plug to use bath .all reported nothing done .also reported no blind or curtain in lounge to keep sun out as boiling they said there was none incorrect found a switch on last day which brought a blind down didnt have any netficks on the 2 tvs couldnt find english channels for this didnt bother .costarentals basically were not bothered with helping us or repairs very poor penthouse

The property was excellent and exactly as described. It was clean and bright with fantastic outdoor space and in a great location. The pre check-in communications with our host Frank were straightforward and clear and the arrival arrangements were simple and very efficient. Highly recommended.
