It is a residential complex with a lovely common area, which includes 4 pools, two for adults and two for children (opened from June to September), a pine wood with tall pine trees providing shade and a direct exit to the sea promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The completely renovated accommodation has three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with single bed), a very well equipped open kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and the dining room. All blinds are automatic. From the dining room and the master bedroom there is access to the private terrace with garden furniture that overlooks the communal area and has a side view of the beach.
