No idea how this gets any positive reviews. I travel a lot in the UK and am not super-picky. Worn out and dated is fine, crusty filth on bed covers and black mold in shower head is not, plus general stains all over carpet, dirty kettle and glasses, etc. Constant noise from thin walls, floors, ceilings. No bell at reception, so you have to search for staff. Do them a favor, then, and stay away.

Thank you for your comments. We are in the middle of a refurbishment at the moment the whole of the hotel will be re-carpeted and the bedrooms are being decorated with wallpaper and fresh paint.
