Positioned in a prime location on a quiet street, right off The Esplanade, you will love the blissful location! Opposite is a park that leads straight to the beach, which is dog friendly all year round. Yes your furry friends are welcome here! Our space is perfect for couples or families alike - come and enjoy ample living spaces, outdoor entertaining and all the comforts needed for a relaxing coastal break.
Please be aware that the top balcony door will be securely screwed shut for the time being. This is for safety and maintenance reasons, and we appreciate your understanding.
Please note there is a 60mm gap at one side of the driveway gate meaning miniature varieties of dogs may be able to go under if unsupervised.
A comfortable & well equipped two storey home close to the beach consisting of:
- 1 x king bedroom
- 1 x queen bedroom
- 2 x living spaces with smart TVs
- 2 x bathrooms, both with a toilet & shower. Including a spa bath in the upstairs bathroom.
- Laundry with washer/ dryer
- Outside al fresco courtyard

*All linen and bath towels are included excluding beach towels*
Guests will have access to everything this home has to offer excluding the garage, there is room for 2 cars in the front yard.

Great set up and very pet friendly
The property was well equipped and set up with lots of entertaining and relaxation spaces inside and out. Very pet friendly and off street parking. Close to the beach and many great cafes/restaurants. A lovely surprise of a local bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. Will be staying there again and can highly recommend.
