Located only a minute or two walk along the picturesque Deep Creek reserve to several of Torquay's great beaches, this immaculately prepared beach house is available all year round for rental. Very close to public tennis courts as well as children's playground. Perfectly styled fit out inside as well as good size enclosed rear yard for families with young children. Wifi is available. Single level with no stairs. Outdoor area with bbq and setting for entertaining. Sleeping up to 7 guests with.
Bedroom 1 = Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 = Double Bed
Bedroom 3 = Tri Bunk consisting double bed on bottom and single bed on top
Perfect location for taking in the the relaxing life.
Please note no garage access and no pets allowed.

This is a very comfotable house in an excellent location. It's a short walk to the Torquay esplanade but is situated in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood. The main room with big windows looking out to the private, tranquil back garden is delightful. Excellent grill set up, quality mattress and very nice bathrooms make this a top-notch place to stay.

What a brilliant house!

This house was perfect for our family. We travelled with 4 adults a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old and we couldn’t have asked for better setup. The living space and backyard opened up onto each other, and the backyard was ideal for the kids to run around in whilst in a safe and enclosed backyard. The house had everything it needed (utensils etc) and was extremely clean. Would 100% stay here again
