Just 3 minutes walk to Torquay's Whites Beach, the home is older in style with original features, but ticks lots of boxes. With heating, cooling, 2 x smart TV's, internet access & 2 living spaces - there's a lot to love about this home! Most of all you will LOVE the gorgeous sunny al fresco area, it's large, under cover & protected from the wind, relax and listen to the blissful waves crashing!
A single story brick home, located one street back from The Esplanade, and a few minutes walk to the beach and the brilliant kids flying fox playground.
The home comprises of:
2 x queen rooms
1 x room with 2 x single beds
2 x bathrooms
2 x living spaces both with smart TV's
1 x large backyard
1 x large undercover al fresco with BBQ and lounge area
1 x laundry with washer and dryer
Please note there is no dishwasher at this property.
There's plenty of space for 4 cars to be parked on the driveway - the garage is locked & not available for guests.
A gate at the front of the property makes this home safe for younger children to play in the garden.
