The water from the sink faucets were awful, smelled like sewage. 1 elevator worked for 27 floors took forever. Hallways on the floors were dingy central air/ heat was bad as the weather was warm and no way to cool down the room, however the room was clean and a great layout. Parking was helpful and instructions were very through.

Super clean space. I don’t know how long they’re working on the elevators but the waiting at peak times is Terrible!! Very long line. Great place to stay other than that. So close to everything. Restaurants. Hop on off bus. CN tower.

The location of this property is fantastic and the price is competitive given the area. Property was clean and the owner made check in easy. Biggest issue is the elevators - only one working on both the low rise and high rise sections of the building. This resulted in ridiculous wait times. We stayed here 6 years ago and it had the same problem. Finally, the furnishings need improvement. The pull out couch/bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Easy to find... takes awhile to hear back from them. Building is in terrible shape, elevators are a big problem, not enough told up front theres 3 elevators that go to the 8th floor which we was on... only 1 worked and it took 30 mins or more of waiting fir that one... we had a parking spot in the underground parking. 5 floors down... the other 3 elevators were for the 28th and up floors they work great.. from p5 parking to the ground floor you can use them but the ones fir our floor was bad. We walked up and down 8 floors, which was fine because we are able to. But we seen ppl there that can't so they waited 30 mins or more... the apartment was great... very nice... but the building needs work... we will not book here again

The location was excellent, we were able to walk to the Blue Jays game. The biggest set back was the fact that only one elevator was working at the time. The wait times for the elevator can be up to an hour.

The location is excellent—just steps from the transit system, making it very convenient. The property team was professional and communicated wonderfully throughout my stay. The only downside was the bed: the blanket was thin and the pillows were flat, which could definitely be improved with additional pillows and a thicker blanket. That said, this was a relatively minor issue overall, and I would still recommend this place.

In a normal state, the place is very nice. In my time there, a water leak happened a couple of days before and the hallway on my floor was affected (I was in room 308). The elevators (2 of 3) were down as well making the stay a little inconvenient. That said, I will give this place another shot next summer as the check in process, location and the room were all above expectations.

NOT A HOTEL - disappointed in conditions of building - half of elevators were down - debris in hallway, cleaning up damage from water leak in building. Apartment was ok, uncomfortable bed- only stayed overnight - Location was excellent, 10 min walk to Roger’s Center. Parking was a bit confusing, once we figured it out it was good.

The location of this property is terrific. Short walk to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and numerous restaurants. The property owner was very responsive and the unit was clean. The building had elevator issues that made it inconvenient, and we only received one key for four travellers which made it difficult to navigate. Overall, I would stay here again.

We spent one night here for a Back to the Future themed event. We saw the musical and then attended Fan Expo. My brother was comfortable on the sofa bed and my husband & I really enjoyed the bedroom. The sliding doors are a great design. I found the bedsheets to be super soft. We had an Uber to the theatre on Younge Street. (To me it will ALWAYS be the Pantages) and had dinner near there, but the next day we walked for a total of 3 minutes for a great brunch and then back to the convention centre for the expo. Very convenient location. We parked in a different building because the parking spot at 300 was tied to the next guest, and it worked out beautifully. Our host was SO great. Very fast to communicate and very clear and fair. I would totally consider this location again. Especially if I had the same host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent and close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having access to the pool area, which was a nice bonus for relaxing. Check-in was simple and straightforward, making arrival stress-free. The only downside was that the seating area inside the condo was a bit limited, but overall it was a great place to stay.

Great location to downtown attractions. It was only 16 mins from leaving the suite to sitting in our seats at the Jays game!!! The suite was super clean and well equipped with everything you need. The communication was top notch. My husband and I would highly recommend this place.
