Reservation canceled day an hour after arrival
I didn't stay at this location. The property owner had an unexpected plumbing issue with it. We arrived to the destination location city. Reached out via VRBO to the property to advise we were on our way there. Then, suddenly an email arrived stating canceled reservation. Via chat we learned the place was flooded. Owner was out of town. Wife was there but failed to inform us. We had to find a hotel.
