The accommodation itself was decent for a family of four. It had a separate living room and bedroom, as well as laundry and cooking facilities, although we didn’t use them much. Overall, the space was comfortable enough for our stay. However, the room we were assigned was in a completely different location from what was originally advertised, requiring a 13-minute drive and placing us far from downtown. This was very confusing and frustrating. Since the payment had already been processed and a refund was not possible, we had no choice but to stay there. On the positive side, customer service was responsive, and the security deposit was initially held and then canceled promptly. That said, even though the accommodation itself was not bad, the overall experience was unsettling. Being asked to send IDs separately by email after payment, the large deposit amount, and the use of misleading address information made unnecessary stress and took away from the enjoyment of our trip.

Do not be fooled. This Airbnb style listing is not where it says it is. There is nothing on the listing referencing that the apartment is a 12 minute drive or 37 minute walk from where it says it is. You will not find out where your apartment is until you check in and put a security deposit down - that is also a violation of Expedia's policies, which does not allow outside payment processors.
