Our check in process was very lengthy (30 minutes) being the only guests there to check in at that time. There were two employees present, looking very unorganized & confused. They kept looking between their paperwork & scrolling thru their computer screen trying to figure out where they would put us. I had already paid online and had my reservation number available for them. One of the staff went upstairs twice to check on a room. The room we were give had two small beds & a pull out sofa. I booked 1king, 1 queen & pull out sofa. There was no price reduction when this happened. The pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets on it and there were no extras in the room. The bathroom had 2 towels for 5 people. When someone went to shower, the metal water spout shot right out of the wall. Thankfully, he wasn’t hurt. It was as though the shower spout hadn’t been connected yet. None of the bedside lights had lightbulbs. There were two other lamps in the room not yet put together completely with the cords wrapped around them and no light bulbs either. This room was definitely not ready to accommodate any guests! We would have been ok with the construction if our room was ready. Dusty from construction too. This was a very bad experience all around. We will not return.
