Upon returning to property at 10pm, police& emergency services had restricted entry/parking due to a shooting &murder in front of the hotel. Waited 2 hrs to go back in; then collected things from room and checked out. Front desk did not offer refund and stated that still had to wait 3 business days for security deposit. Family with children waited in lobby for new room due to gunshots having broken windows in their room. Unlikely to stay here again

The apartment was fine, except that the kitchen was completely unequipped. We had to go out and buy a few items to get by. Other than that, the cleanliness of the place was good, except for the sofa bed, which had some stains and crumbs. Overall, I would only recommend it if you’re not too picky and can make do with the bare minimum.

If you are travelling to Mississauga, THIS is the place to stay. This property is so immaculate that my son didn't believe me when I told him there was no pool on site. It smelled THAT clean Our room was spacious and included a full kitchenette, washer dryer, separate eating area, a couch and tv, amd two of the most comfortable beds in the world. The sheets smelled beautiful and we sank into the soft, cool mattress. We did not want to leave. EXCEPTIONAL.

The room assigned to us has a strong, unpleasant odor and no windows that can open, resulting in no ventilation. The smell is overwhelming, and there is no way for fresh air to enter or for the odor and no windows that can open, resulting in no ventilation. The smell is overwhelming, and there is no way for fresh air to enter or for the odor to leave, causing my children and I to become physically ill experiencing symptoms due to lack of fresh air and poor air quality. Despite reporting this to the front desk, I was Yelled at and dismissed by the staff member, who refused to move us to another room or offer any help. Told that no refund would be provided, and that no other rooms were available The room has not been cleaned, the bed sheets have not been changed, and the overall hygiene is very poor. Many staff members do not speak English well, making it difficult communicate. Some were unprofessional and even discriminatory, making me feel targeted based on race or background. For example, higher floors (such as the 4th and 5th) were only given to white guests, while I was forced to stay on a lower floor, despite my complaints This treatment and the condition of the hotel are unacceptable. I am staying here with young children, and their health and safety are now at risk due to these unsafe living conditions. The emotional stress, combined with the poor air quality and unclean environment, has made this an unbearable experience.
