READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE NOT FAKE!! Stayed there for a year, and it was hell. All they cared about is money. There's no security for safety. Housekeeping doesn't clean so if you want to have a clean space, you'll have to clean the room yourself. They don't changed the sheets everyday like a regular hotel would. It's great for long term became its like a mini apartment with everything. They moved me to a different room and some how there was a fire in the room that burned my personal belongings. And when I asked to speak to the manager to determine if something had access to the room and set my stuff on fire they refused til this day, no one said anything to me about it. (I will be filing a lawsuit). Do not book this hotel, the rooms are great but they are not clean, most of the stuff are broken especiallythe AC, some of the staff are rude and dismissive, the halls smells terrible, and the bathrooms are disgusting. If you pay your security deposit with your card, you won't get it back. I've checked out 3months ago and im yet to get back my deposit.

The light in the bathroom did not work, bedsheets were dirty. We did not get pillows! There was crumbs all over the furniture. There was no kitchen supplies and we got a kitchen unit. I had to go get paper cups, plates and cutlery from Walmart. There was a phone but it did not work. When we complained the staff said they would rectify the situation but after chancing then for over 8 hours we gave up. We called Expedia, but they did not offer any solutions either. Being a long term Expedia customer, I have completly lost faith with Expedia and will no longer use their services.

The rooms have a full kitchen...you could bring your own food rather than having to eat out. It is fairly quiet and the beds are comfortable.

The beds were uncomfortable and the bed made a sound when you moved, the pillows were very old and uncomfortable, I asked for two sheets and they gave me one because of the small quantity, it is a hotel apartment but it is not clean at all, the amount of dust is very large, there is a sofa bed that I could not sit on because of the dirt on it, there was still ketchup on its back, the truth is that the amount is very high for such a service or location

So it's student residances but i was ok with how the rooms were laid out and it accommodated myself and my adult kids. Upside, the staff were ok on check in and out. However i would recommend to people to bring some toiletries and a spare bath towel(s). But to be fair the one staff did explain to me that they were overbooked and short on bath linen so i prepared for that. There are ample dining options within a quick 2 minute walk of the residances so made things easy. They also have a small store in front lobby which was convenient. Although i am not a fan of instant noodles. (Student fare). But overall i wss happy with my stay

Nice affordable hotel we rented a room for 5! It fit us comfortably and the room had a full kitchen, dining table and washer and dryer which was convenient!
