The floor in front of the stove was in need of repair. A rubber rug or something would have helped. It was painful on the feet. It was clean, staff helpful, excellent location

The apartment was not very clean. Rugs not vacuumed and floors were not clean (sticky to walk on). Extra sheets and towels were washed and left in the dryer, which I folded and put away in a closet. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher pods. The dryer was extremely loud when I used it. There was only one working elevator for 29 floors. The second elevator has not been working for months according to the people who live in the building. Overall, the location was wonderful and we were close to everything. The building was secure and quiet.

This stay exceeded expectations, from the customer support to the property itself it was a great experience. Clean and nicely decorated condo, excellent view of the city, super walkable to Scotiabank arena and nearby coffee shops and restaurants. 10/10

The room could use a bit more cleaning. It smelled very clean when we walked in but it needs some work. The kitchen cabinets were dirty like in between the front wall. There was men’s hair from shaving behind the sink and the shower liner reaaaaally needs to be replaced. It’s off putting. It would be nice to have more than 1 hand towel and somewhere to hang your towels after your shower since you’re only given 1 towel each person. There’s just nowhere to put or hang anything in the bathroom. The location is fantastic and overall it’s a fine place to stay. I’d stay again but don’t expect anything above average for your stay. The elevator situation can be awful in the building but no one can help that, it’s just a good thing to know.

Out of the two, one lift didn’t work throughout our stay, this was annoying as the wait was too long. We found the drier full of laundry on arrival. Good location , good property but can be managed better. They also ask for a security deposit before giving you the key box passcode.

Upon arrival at our 16:00 check in time the key cafe did not work and said we had no key available. After spending 30 minutes trying to figure it out we found the key that was just left by the cleaning staff at 16:30. A little frustrating spending time trying to figure this out AFTER our check in time. Pros: - fantastic location - close to UP train, grocery, liquor store, waterfront, Rogers Centre (we were there for baseball) - having laundry in suite was wonderful - communication was good except for the late check in we were not expecting - suite had everything we needed and was nice to have a kitchen (versus hotel room), good storage - very quiet Cons: - only one elevator working for the building - not the fault of RivetStays but took FOREVER to get an elevator and you had to factor that in every time you left - cleanliness - after waiting for the cleaning staff i was unimpressed with the job they did cleaning -visible stains on the sinks and bathroom walls that i was easily able to clean, layer of dust on stove fan that i cleaned, the "dishcloth" was an old disgusting reused sponge (we bought towels at the store instead), communal coffee can that did not seem very sanitary (we bought our own) - patio door did not lock - no cable tv - we have Netflix so not an issue for us but weird - worst pillows ever! they were so thin! Overall we enjoyed our stay - cleanliness was the main issue which should be an easy fix

Some of the extra folded linens in the closet were damp. A load of wet laundry was left in the dryer. But a great location for ball games or events at Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Arena.

I arrived at the unit to discover dirty dishes put away in the cupboard (which I washed) and when I tried to shower the next morning, the water would not run, I contacted for assistance and was told this could not be repaired or checked prior to my check-out... so in the end, I did not receive what i paid for and the staff I contacted offered nothing to rectify this issue

The location of the apartment was fantastic, overlooking the CN tower and very easy to access when arriving from union station. The check in and out process was very easy with instructions emailed a few days before. The only real issue we had was that the curtains in the bedroom did not cover the full windows, particularly in the second bedroom. Two of the walls in this room were glass and not all panes had curtains, with the ones that did not covering the full area. This meant it was very light in the room at all times. Something to note if you need darkness to sleep!
