I really enjoyed my stay here! The views from the room were great, the space was clean, it’s in walking distance from a lot of amenities, and the host is very responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything fine, the host is friendly and attentive. The property has an excellent view and location. Just there are details to be fixed such as doors and floor, but it doesn’t affect. Very recommended

The room was clean and the location of the building was convenient for walking to many downtown locations. Also communication was very good with those that manage the place. However, the kitchen was poorly equiped in terms of utensils and cups. The toilet kept making running noise in the night. Also we thought the balcony would be nice but the units are so close and we were at the corner of the garden view so we ended up keeping the blinds down all the time because we did not want the other units to see inside.

Nice balcony. Great to have fresh air. On 19th floor, so views were ok, but if you were higher (25+) the views would have been amazing.

Location is conveniently located and a short walk away from major attractions. The city view from the balcony was lovely. I provided my check-in time in advance, as requested, and followed up again before my arrival. Staff communicated they would be present to greet me downstairs on arrival. Despite this, I had to reach out once again before a staff member came to meet me and delayed my check-in. I think there is room for improvement in their hospitality. Equally, I acknowledge that otherwise, communication was prompt, clear and proactive. The suite appeared tidy at first glance, but several issues suggested the cleaning wasn’t thorough. There was visible of dust and crumbs under the furniture, lint and hair which clearly wasn't my own in the bedsheets, soap scum and mold on the shower's grout, mineral scale buildup on the shower head, water damage near the balcony door, and fingerprints and smudges on the walls. All together, these oversights left me disappointed and suggest that routine deep cleaning isn’t being done. Overall, the stay was serviceable but fell short of the level of cleanliness and attention to detail I would expect given the property’s presentation and price point.

We shopped at the Eaton Center; we eat at Chops and Joey's which the food was very good. We will stay at that location again soon.

Very nice and clean room. Good location for bars and restaurants, with many being a short walk away. Communication may have been the best and fastest I’ve ever experienced with a vacation stay.

The studio apartment is very small, like the kitchen row is less that 3 feet from the BED - BUT there was nothing wrong, it was clean, reasonabley quiet and suited our needs - I just should have picked a larger space.
