Just FYI, this is more of a hotel apartment than a regular hotel, so no lobby or waiting area, and all communication is done via text. We booked a business suite for two families (five adults), but the setup wasn’t super private (one open room without a door) and there was only one bathroom. Because of that, we ended up grabbing another room when we arrived, which added extra cost beyond our budget. On the bright side, the staff was really quick to help us get the extra room, which we appreciated. The location is super convenient, bus stop just a few steps away, lots of restaurants around, and the place was super clean with everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Overall, we enjoyed it and would come back!

Great location for shopping and exploring the city. The staff was always available by text to answer any questions I had. The area around the Panorama Suites is undergoing gentrification and can feel a little sketchy at times, but I still felt safe. Having a Starbucks in the building was an added bonus. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms, as it was difficult for four women to get ready with just one mirror in the bathroom.
