We had fun with our trip including our stays in Panorama Suites Bay. Claud was very helpful and quick on responding with my mesaages. We checked in to the hotel at 1am and somehow struggling which way to go inside the hotel but the security there doesnt bother to help us but instead left his spot. There are some fixing need to do inside the room specially the flooring but it doesnt make our stay less comfortable. The room is good enough for the family of six, it is quiet and clean.
