My building requires owners to check in their guests. Guests must provide their check-in time, primary guest's ID details, contact information, and the full names of those who are 18+. Additionally, those who are 18+ will need to present their ID upon check-in at the front desk.



In the heart of Toronto's most expensive Yorkville neighbourhood. Easy parking options nearby. Luxury 1 bedroom condo, exquisitely furnished with a beautiful city view.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

Fashionable Yorkville is a top destination for affluent shoppers at its high-end boutiques, galleries and design studios, especially on Bloor Street's "Mink Mile." The area features chic cafes, polished bars and fine-dining restaurants. Its posh hotels host Hollywood insiders during the Toronto International Film Festival. Side streets are lined with picture-postcard Victorian homes with ornamental gardens.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently, and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



Other Things to Note:

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ There is an air mattress for the third person to use!



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
