Welcome to a stunning 6-bed, 4.5-bath retreat situated in one of the GTAs best areas. This home offers a perfect blend of classic design and modern amenities, ideal for families or groups. Highlights include an expansive layout with sunlit living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and granite countertops, hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace, and a beautifully landscaped private backyard. Located near parks, shopping, and public transit, this residence is the epitome of comfort and elegance.

As you enter the home you'll be with the first living are ahead with the dining room right behind. On the right you encounter the powder room and the work station in the office. As you enter the home and move past the staircase you encounter the kitchen on the left with gas stove and stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. on the right side you have more couches with a Smart Samsung TV and second living area. As you head back and go up the stairs you the second floor you will find the 6 bedrooms with the 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom along with the front of the house room both have their private en suite with the Master also featuring a large two person tub. The middle bedrooms on each side of the hall both share a Jack and Jill bathroom. As you head back down and into the backyard you enter the patio on top of a large green backyard with a conservation area behind the property meaning privacy on the back end.

Guests have access to the entire main home minus the basement which has tenants with their own private entrance as to not disturb the guests at all during their stay.

Please note the basement unit is not part of the rental. Laundry area in building.
