Con: Poor cleanliness was the number one complaint. Dishes were cleaned but left out on the drying rack from previous visitors. Floors had not been washed or vacuumed in any of the rooms. Long hairs found on sink and counters of 2 bathrooms and baseboards hadn’t been dusted in ages. There are many wall holes and scratches needing repair and fresh paint everywhere. The walls need a good cleaning before a paint refresh. The toilet seat also had hair which was quite gross.Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and covered in ill fitting furniture covers. Stains on walls behind furniture and living room rug.Pros:Location - great! Lots of restaurants, shops, waterfront close by. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Host - timely communications.Space - lots of space. Well equipped - everything you need to cook and then some. Sugar for coffee but no nespresso pods despite having an nespresso machine. Beds and linens - clean and comfortable. Suggestion to future guests : great location and lots of space but bring your own cleaning supplies if you’re expecting a clean house .

I had a great stay at this Max’s property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
