Drive way only fits 4 cars, no parking on the street or on neighbors side.

We have limit of 20 guests Any additional guests will be charge extra $100.

We have exterior security cameras in the front and back of the house for your safety

Noise dedicator installed in the house. Excessive noise will result to action. This is respectful neighborhood zero tolerance for parties/large events.

Any additional garbage beyond the limit will incur a $100 charges.

Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.

Please do not park in front of other residential areas in the neighborhood.

This place is a fantastic property- I only wish that the weather was a little bit better to be able to take advantage of the large decks outside. The space inside has all kinds of great areas where people can get together or have some time alone without being in the midst of everyone else in the house. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows which was a lovely surprise. Thank you for a great stay.

The host fraudulently charged 2000 for a table that was broken when we arrived. The house is basically a tear down in a posh neighbourhood. One of two furnaces doesn’t work. Flooring separated and walls cracked. Interesting choices for electrical outlets - a power bar buried into the wall. One master bedroom had creepy mirror at bed level. Place was used by 5 executives for an overnight board meeting. No damage done - two weeks later we get notification of a broken table and 2000 charge. Table was broken - along with about 25 other broken things prior to our arrival. Massive party held just prior by look of the huge bags of cans and bottles. Wouldn’t use it again prior to the fraudulent claim - and now dealing with claim. Owner doesn’t respond to texts and VRBO makes promises after hours on phone that aren’t kept. I guess it’s off to small claims court and wrestling with our credit card company.
