☛ There is currently an issue with the AC in my building. To ensure your comfort, a portable AC has been set up in the bedroom, and the price has been adjusted accordingly. Your comfort is a priority, and I look forward to providing a pleasant stay.



This high-rise condo offers stunning night views of the CN Tower and lake. It features a charming balcony accessible from the living room and located in downtown Toronto, just a short walk from Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, and Union Station.

→ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

→ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



➤ The condo does NOT accept parcels or mail. Guests can use the penguin pick-up located at 15 Bruyeres Mews, Toronto, ON M5V 0G8.



The Neighborhood:

The lively Entertainment District lives up to its name with everything from buzzy clubs to sports at Air Canada Centre and Rogers Centre. Families head to underwater tunnels at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and the iconic CN Tower, with its citywide views at the top. The area also hosts musicals at Princess of Wales Theatre, concerts at Roy Thomson Hall and the Toronto International Film Festival at TIFF Bell Lightbox.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



Other Things to Note:

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
