AVAILABLE FOR THE CANADIAN OPEN Welcome to a beautiful private executive home with over 7200sqft, set on 16 private acres. Less than 15 minutes to the home of the Canadian Open TPC in Alton-Caledon, one minute to the Paintbrush and 5 minutes to the Pulpit. Only 40 minutes from Toronto Airport. Plenty of parking.

This home is bright and airy with lots of entertaining and lounging areas. Large pool with XL hot tub and a beautiful post and beam pool cabana with fireplace, TV, bar, fridge and dishwasher. Change room with laundry in cabana. Large outdoor patio and decks. A creek with multiple waterfalls that meanders from the top deck to the pool area. The waterfalls are like a soothing lullaby in the evenings. Unlimited Wifi available inside home and outside at pool/cabana area.
Bedrooms (5 upstairs+ 1 lower walkout level) are very spacious and bright. Complete privacy from neighbours.
Fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry and multiple BBQ’s and smoker.
