The location of the suite was the best thing regarding this place. The suite was older and mot upgraded at all. The check in procedure was a little more complicated as the keys where in a lock box 2 blocks away. But you were only 6 blocks from Rogers and the tower so the work required was worth it.

First off, this was a condo and not a hotel like I assumed. The directions were horrible, and the staff was not helpful when I could not find the location. Also, I had a problem with parking and the stuff was very rude about it Instead of helping me solve it.

I had booked this through hotels.com and what I booked wasn't at all what I thoight it was. It was downtown toronto hotels and suites but it was actually a condo and not a hotel. The instructions were sent to me and then 2 hours before check in I was given new instructions to go to a different location that was a 40 min walk away because the location was unavailable due to maintenance. I contacted the agent and worked with the agent and hotels.com to get a full refund.

Imagine the middle of the night you fly your team to Toronto and theybare given three different addresses to go to. Finally enter the so called hotel to find out it is nothing like the photos and you have to enter via someone's office. Then you discover someone in one of the rooms. Seriously bad and next level dangerous. To top if off they stole $550 from my card for "damages" even though we never stayed there. One week later still not refunded. Do not trust these guys they are next level dodgy

Room had an actual TV but no cable or anything to use it watch anything. Called customer service 3 times. They have done absolutely nothing to make it right. Also after driving 14 hrs they didnt even have my reservation at the front desk even though I made the reservation way before so had to call them to get them to send the paperwork. Washing machine smelled like mold. Still havent heard back from Customer service and I have been patient with them. Spend ur money elsewhere. It wasnt cheap but u can get tv from a cheapo hotel. Also you might not have parking available and have to find your own parking
