Please clean up any spills and do not let them soak or they will ruin the furniture - couches, tables (and please let us know if a stain is not lifting). Any excessive cleaning will be billed at the rate of a deep clean.
☆ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting Neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 2000 dollors for party pentality.
☆ If guests are suspected of being a danger or causing harm to the building community they will be ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. • Please no strong spices when cooking in the house.

☆ Garbages need to be taken to the disposal room.
☆ Fines: • Guests will be fined $500 for smoking indoors. If you plan on smoking inside, this is not the property for you. • Guests will be fined $500 if they bring their pet to this condo. If you have a pet, this is not the property for you. • Guests will be fined $250 if there is evidence that a party took place here. This is for the extra cleaning our cleaner will need to do. By all means, have a drink, listen to music, and enjoy yourself. Do not damage property or leave this place a mess. We live here for part of the year and put great care into the decor. Please respect it as your own. • Late checkout will cost an additional $50 per 30 minutes. We are booked almost every day so please respect the 11AM checkout time. If you are going to a few minutes late, let us know in advance. • keys or transponders leads to extra fees for the replacement cost and labor 700 Canada dollars.
