Worst part of the hotel was the A/C which was very noisy - can't sleep without switching it off.

Staff was exceptionally unfriendly & stoic. Rooms & bathrooms are very tight & small but quiet & clean. Ok for the price

This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel but it had nothing to do with the hotel, it had to do with the other guests. There was a group of families that let their pre-teen girls stay in the room across the hall from us and they were leaving the room all day, talking loudly and banging doors. They also played a game down the middle of the hallway that involved screaming and rolling a ball into a net at either end of the hallway. The people in the room next to me had a small dog that barked both days I was there, so I was unable to rest before attending the event downstairs that I was in town for. I called the front desk, they sent a manager up but obviously there was no one in the room, the owners had not registered the dog and paid the fee so they didn't have any information on the dog. The owners were not picking up the phone so my choice was to move or just listen to the poor little thing bark. Since we had more than one room along the corridor and at that point the children's noise was only during the day I elected to stay near my friends. My last night, I was awoken at 4:00 am by a man shouting the "F" word at someone from in front of my door. I was at the end of the hall so there was no reason for him to be there. That started 2 hours of banging doors, kids running and screaming and later we saw all the bedding in the corridor. The parents had had a party and put the kids out to sleep in the hallway.

Please give the bartender an award she's the best there is.

This was a nice place and the fact that it was pet friendly was very important. Thanks

I like the hotel daily because of the proximity to the Airport. They need to really improve their restaurant. The food is just average and without any choice for a vegan

Aside from the traffic on the nearby freeway during peak hours, this hotel was a great value and very convenient access to relatives we visited in Toronto. The Crowne Plaza was clean, modern, and very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again on our next trip to Toronto.

The hotel was very plesant. Check in with no hassels didn't like my room location and it was change with in minutes. The staff was very helpful with my request.

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel! The staff were very inviting when I checked in. It was very clean upon entering and the room was very clean and fresh!

Every thing was ok except for the room! it was very small. We needed double beds which made it difficult to move around in the room.

The Crown Point is a modest mid-rise hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. The hallways are a bit narrow and dark and the exercise facilities were being renovated when I was there but otherwise everything was great. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance. I enjoyed a romantic dinner at Canyon Creek Chophouse hand it was marvelous. For the price my stay was everything I expected.

Ok- nothing out of the ordinary. Was disappointed to have to pay to park which was not mentioned on online

Hotel dated , old in need of an upgrade. No desk chair in the room. Bathroom very small. Not as close as other modern hotels to the airport. Rear side of hotel views a 6 lane highway , very noisy and difficult to sleep

I was in Toronto to attend a family event and had a good experience at the hotel. There are many hotels in this area, and while I don't know how they compare, Crowne Plaza definitely offered competitive prices that led me to choose it in the first place. The hotel's frequent shuttle service to the Toronto Pearson International Airport was convenient for me since I did not have a car. There are also some restaurants right around the hotel if you need to walk over and grab something.

I reached Toronto early in the morning and asked if they could check me in early. They gave me a room at 10 in the morning.

A friendly welcome at the reception and a quite and clean room. Close to the Airport.

Not a four star hotel. Food was good but other than that - pretty average. Amazed this has 4 stars.

Shuttle was prompt. Staff pleasant & friendly. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Food & drinks in restaurant good with reasonable prices. We would stay in this hotel again.

I was in Toronto for a few days in order to attend a book convention, which was unfortunately a long way away from this hotel. The staff were very kind in helping me figure out the public transportation system and in making change for me so that I would have the smaller bills and coins required by the buses. I also appreciated the punctual shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was clean and well-outfitted, and all the staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and good at their jobs. I greatly appreciated the free wi-fi. There were only two areas that I felt could be improved: I would suggest adding a small shop or even a single counter that sells basic amenities -- postage stamps, postcards, aspirin, cough drops, etc.; and I would have enjoyed longer hours of available room service -- 1:00 a.m. seems a little too early to close it down for the night, particularly on weekends. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza; I would recommend it to others, and I would definitely stay there again! Thanks to all the staff!

Excellent value for money, with only slight criticisms to offer: despite reserving a two-bed room for two adults, there was only one set of towels in the room. Also, would've liked better control of the A/C, with it set as low as it would go, I still found the room a bit warm in the heat of the summer. Also, the AC cycling off and on woke me a few times. The AC situation is not uncommon in other hotels, in my experience.

Dear Valued Guest, We are disheartened to hear that you had such a terrible stay experience due to a unattended barking dog and noise from the sports teams in the hallway around your room. We can assure you that this is not the norm at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport. We hope that we can make things right on a future stay.
