Crown plaza used to mean quality. But this place doesn't. After checking in I asked about the history of the property. It had been newly renovated. Unfortunately quite poorly. My room was small for Canadian standards and they decided to put 2 double beds in there. There was no shower gel for the shower there was no adequate power socket for the coffee machine. I ordered seafood linguine and after battling the fruit fly's I finally got it . The dish was hot except for the mussels that were partially frozen.yuck!!! The reception staff showed no interest in the customers. For some reason they were all Indians or Pakistani. They asked for a $200.00 deposit for incidentals but I still have not received that back I wanted them to order a taxi and the 1st person refused to do it , finally it got do. A very poor standard throughout compared to the other hotels I have used.
