Business trip, stayed 7 days. Access to the Key was too high to reach, i need to borrow a step stool from the corner shop. The sinks, showers and windows were filthy, forehead prints and water film, hair. No toilet paper or kleenex. we had to ask for toilet paper to be dropped off next day. Fridge didn't work- they turned it off bc the freezer ices over - had to call out a maintenance guy to plug it back it but it flashed red the whole time, had to toss out food, second bedroom door doesn't have lock and doesn't stay closed. Master bathroom ceiling leaks water from the light, likely due to the shower above leaking. only 1 facecloth, 2 towels and 1 hand towel per bthrm, couldn't wash them, reused for 7 days! Cutlery dirty, glassware dirty, washing machine didn't work wont turn on bc the door doesn't latch, master bed mattress needs replacing - visibly lop sided, very sparse amenities for cooking, 2 salt shakers, no pepper? Kcups but no keurig machine. I bought bottled water and sadly had to leave some behind, i sure hope the next people don't give credit to these money thieves for providing bottled water. It was a horrible stay for what we paid. The view was nice but the balcony was useless, a few random decorative chairs all chewed up from the sun. The AC was nice, and access to someones "nick" netflix act was suspicious. I am sure there is more - but in short, i would pass on booking with "Cliqstays" not as advertised.
