For convenient transportation around the neighborhood, guests can utilize the nearby streetcar or enjoy a leisurely 10-minute walk to reach the TTC station. As for parking, there is no designated spot on-site, but Green P parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are approximately 18 steps leading up to the unit.

• Noise Awareness
Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.

• Please keep the futon sofa bed closed and use the other one, as only one can be opened at a time. Thanks for your understanding!

• Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.
