The room was spacious for two people with a well equipped kitchen, seating and dining area with great views of the city and sunsets. The bedroom also had city views and a sliding door to separate it from the living area. We were on the 33rd floor with very efficient lifts. The whole apartment was very clean. The deposit paid before arrival was, as promised, refunded within seven days. Would highly recommend this property.

Room was clean and well set up, however the plug in receptacles in the bedroom did not work, in the mornings the water taps only produced hot water. At check in I waited over an hour to get check in instructions from Globalstay. The front desk was no help whatsoever.

Check in wasn't easy - few emails back and forth . Communication is a big problem, I tried calling them on their number , messages through Whatsapp but they didn't respond to me during the whole day . The place when I came in was not organized. Bed sheets and blankets were on the floor . Towels were all undone in the bathroom as if it was left for me to organize this .Floors weren't mopped , Garbage was full from the previous tenant. I made multiple attempts to reach them but I was give no answer. So choose carefully. Also when I left I made an effort to clean the place . ALSO, They haven't returned my deposit yet . Please help me getting my deposit back .

I strongly recommend guest not to book with global stay. They will try to take every penny when an opportunity arise. They require a deposit outside from Expedia of $200. And whatever they can find that broke their odd rules. They will retain an amount through the deposit. Odd rules like example, do not strip the bed, throw the towels used in the laundry and put detergent and start the washing machine. And before coming in, the door is left unlocked, therefore, anyone can come in until you arrive. And you can not lock the door when you leave. You leave with leaving the keys in the kitchen table. Again anyone can come in. They found marks on the couch and deduct $70 from the deposit.

The check in process was lengthy with many email exchanges. It was not a smooth process and difficult to deal with while traveling. The place was clean and the view was amazing. Ive heard there is difficulty in getting damage deposit back. Will update here once I know outcome.

Property is located in an excellent neighborhood in a nice building. Unfortunately, the unit was cheaply furnished with an old mattress that is broken. There were some random shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste underneath the sink. The cabinet was quit dirty as well.

A basic tiny apartment with a full kitchen and washer drier. There are no services We were instructed to wash any towels we use and to clean the apartment and remove all our trash. We never saw anyone.

I should have read the reviews more closely. requires a deposit on a different unprotected site, and there are added costs; unresponsive to emails except when they want the deposit; unpleasant lighting, and they charge you a big cleaning fee but require you to do it. Packed with students. Never again.

Front desk person is awful, only two elevators one of which was broke half the stay and had to walk down from the 29th floor and the unit we rented and packed accordingly for had a broken washer and dryer so we were unable to wash any clothes. Good location but don’t expect any help from the front desk and get ready to walk because the elevator situation isn’t the best.

The condo was clean, did not have a city view as noted in the description. They do require a $200 deposit in order to get your check in info, and they have you send it via paypal, not sure if this is within the expedia guidelines or not, but at that point it was too late to cancel and try to find somewhere else. I had read HORRIBLE reviews about this place and was pretty nervous, but they got my deposit back to me within the 7 days as promised so overall it was a good stay.
