A wonderful one bedroom condo with a stunning view awaits you! This condo has it all: floor to ceiling windows; open concept living and dining area with comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV; oversized dining table to eat great meals; kitchen with stainless steel appliances; large master bedroom with queen size bed; sofa that can be turned into a double bed in minutes for extra guests; full bathroom with shower/tub; balcony to enjoy; washer/dryer right in the unit, plus parking included!

Guests have full access to the unit. There are no shared accommodations here.

This popular area of the city is close enough to walk down to the waterfront and enjoy, or catch a game at the Rogers Centre a few blocks over. Take in the great restaurants, shops and cafes in the area. You`ll love all this area has to offer!

While you can walk to most places, there is public transit just down the street on Bathurst. You can be in other areas of the city within minutes!
- Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after hours.

Lots of Pros & Cons

Pros: 1. Beautiful view. 2. Parking available. 3. 10 minutes from tourist attractions (CN Tower, etc.) 4. The hosts were very responsive (until I complained about them charging me a high fee for a comforter) Cons: 1. They charged us a high fee because they couldn't clean makeup off a comforter!! We made sure that apartment was spotless other than that! 2. The underground parking was small and difficult to navigate. (I suggest not driving a big truck if possible) 3. We were awakened at 6AM by a fire alarm, which turned out to be caused by a faulty sprinkler system in the parking garage. We waited over 2 hours (elevators were still out) and finally my boyfriend had the energy to walk back up to the 35th floor, and we decided to just leave early. 4. They will remove a large fee from your account until check out (and will charge you for any stains, spots, damages, etc). 5. The bed was low and very uncomfortable, as well as the couch. Stay at your own risk! :)
