Perfect Location

No issues with checking in. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Blue Jays game with my family and spending it for my 50th birthday. No complaints with anything.Thank you

Not a bad stay

Pros: Unit was clean and the building has a great fitness/gym facility. Concierge/front desk staff are friendly. Host communication was prompt and clear. The unit is tastefully decorated. Cons: The suite is advertised with a CN tower view however it is obstructed by 2 buildings in front of you. The door knob in the bedroom is broken and you can easily get locked in. Building currently doesn't offer visitor parking. The shower faucet and tub needs some attention. The bathroom door doesn't close properly Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you Masoud!

Perfect spot for a Toronto getaway!

This cozy spot right in Front Street was a perfect location for a trip to Toronto! It had all the basic amenities and a nice view from the small balcony.

Good location but…

Clean but tv only Amazon Prime, door handle to bedroom fell off, hardly any silverware, very slow internet, no ice cubes, checking in was difficult, no free parking had to pay to park in garage $25/day.

location location location

This was a lovely spot and a great location - near cool spots to eat and drink, catch the light rail, run to the grocery store, and walk to the tourist-y areas like CN Tower/Aquarium/Rogers Centre. The hosts were very responsive and the space was clean and accommodating. I would note that the king/queen sizes in the listing are inaccurate - it's more of a twin daybed in the living room, a bedroom with a full bed, and a couch that pushes together into a queen/king-ish size, NOT a fold-out, but more like two chaise loungers next to each other to form a bed. We made it work, but for a family of 5 it was a bit of a misdirection. I'd also note that parking is not included, but there is reasonable public parking next door.

Too small for 5, good location

Perfect within Walking Distance of the CN Tower. The Check In was difficult because the owner forgot to tell the Security and we nearly weren't allowed to use the Apartment. The Apartment ist nice but definitely too small for us 5. Blankets, Pillows, towels, cutlery and dishes were not enough for 5 but after 48 hours were delivered to us. Parking ist

Family with teens

We had an overnight stay in this property with three teenagers. Cosy in terms of beds but totally fine with three separate beds for them in the living area and a bedroom for my husband and I. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom and beautifully clean. Small balcony with room for two to sit on. Sadly there’s no longer a CN Tower view as new buildings have gone up. Very centrally located with just a 15 minute walk to the CN Tower. Lovely deli supermarket next door. Host was very communicative and resolved any confusion we had quickly. He also allowed us to stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our flights which was very welcomed although would only be possible if no booking the next day. Thanks!

Cache cache avec le concierge

3h avant mon arrivée j ai reçu un mail du logeur disant que je ne devais pas parler au concierge et une sorte d escape game pour trouver les clefs a un endroit caché. On doit sonner pour rentrer dans l immeuble donc le concierge a été virulant avec nous et je ne savais pas quoi répondre de peur de n avoir nul part ou dormir le soir. Quand j ai demandé des explications au logeur je n en ai pas eu et après il a arrêté de répondre. Je n ai pu avoir accès au billard, sauna ou autre mentionné sur l annonce. Ce logement ne devrait pas être commercialisé Je suis furieuse! Dans l annonce il est mis parking mais pas autorisé pour les locations donc pas de parking non plus. Bref retirez cette annonce de votre site. Ce n est pas sérieux qu elle y soit! On est a la limite de l escroquerie. J ai payé pour des services non eux, on avait qu une hâte partir de là car peur de se faire virer comme des déliquants!

Parking ticket

Condo was clean. Communication with owner was poor. We were never told where to park but we had to retrieve the condo key in the parking garage so we parked in the condo building parking garage . I got a $75 parking ticket for parking in the condo building garage. When I reached out to the owner he replied that he never told me to park in the condo building. Terrible reply. Plus he advertised a TV but it only had one channel Amazon Prime so no sports and no news. This owner needs to work on being more detailed on what is and is not with his condo. I have stayed at many VRBO places and this is the first bad experience I have had. I would never stay there again. I have requested the owner reimburse me the $75 for the parking ticket and of course no reply. I will be asking VRBO for the reimbursement.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful apartment with a great bathroom. Very clean with lots of linens available Washer and dryer are in the apartment which is great. Parking was available but the host was not specifix about where we could park and we ended up with a ticket. directions from host in general could have been better. Only 4 of eveything in the kitchen so you run out of forks quickly. Location great and right by a grocery store which was awesome.

Nice place but not for 5 people. There is one full/queen bed in the bedroom, a single in dinning room area so it’s not private and a sofa. It could accommodate 4 if privacy isn’t an issue. Parking nearby and grocery store was great, within walking distance to many things. Responsive host, clean and modern place.
