Just meters from the CBD and Toowoomba's famous 'Queens Park' enjoy a walk with a morning coffee or snuggle in and relish this cozy home.

Please note: the rear carpark is shared with a neighbouring business during office hours.

We live locally, so certainly call if you need anything.

Great little home

This was a lovely home, right in the heart of Toowoomba, walking distance to Queens Park and Empire Theatre (we’d come to Toowoomba to see a concert here and enjoy the flowers). The home was cosy, well equipped and comfortable. We made a simple dinner and could find what we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of staples in the pantry (tea, coffee, spreads, cling wrap/foil). The bottle of wine was a kind gift, thank you! Small thing to note: a person in our group uses a CPAP machine and was unable to get it to work on any of the power outlets. It works perfectly when plugged into standard outlets normally. They can’t sleep without it, so this meant very little sleep for them unfortunately. We’re not sure if there’s an issue with the power supply to this area as the CPAP won’t work if there’s fluctuating apply that dips below 220-240v. This would be an issue with Energex and not the owner’s fault in anyway. I just wanted to note it in case other guests are needing to run a CPAP machine. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.
