Love, love that I have stumbled upon this hidden gem! I absolutely LOVE our room!! All the rooms are themed btw! And I stayed in "the western room" nice little escape from reality! Rooms are so clean and beautifully decorated, extremely cosy. I have not stayed in a motel like this before! All the staff are so lovely and always there to help. Tracey (who runs this place) gorgeous woman! Very kind, caring, very welcoming and everything else good you could think of. This will now be the only motel I will stay at when I come to Toowoomba now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all! You need to check out this place, it is so vastly different to other motels, unique and quirky.

I was called at 9am the morning of check in and asked if I was coming for business or leisure when I responded leisure the lady told me it wasn’t a party motel. I’ve stayed in heaps of hotels and never gotten a similar phone call. Once I arrived I checked into my room and it looked like a thousand butterflies had been murdered so I left immediately. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay and was stuffed around all weekend by someone who wouldn’t put me in contact with management. Management eventually called me and they told me they would still charge me for a nights stay but I had to cancel through Wotif. The lady told me she was her computer so would respond straight away I emailed Wotif who told me they had attempted to contact the hotel and they couldn’t process a refund because the hotel hadn’t replied and were uncontactable. I again reached out to the unhelpful woman because the manager called from a private number. The woman was extremely rude and eventually sent me an email and text message telling not to contact her again as she had responded to the email from Wotif like I had been asking her to do all weekend. The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with, the room was not the room I booked it was completely different and very overwhelming. Not sure how anybody could ever sleep in the room. I should have cancelled when the woman called me so early in the morning demanding to know my private business and declaring it was not a party hotel. I just wanted to relax. Avoid

My husband Bill and I stayed on the 16th of October 25. We were meet by Tracey who was warm and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. Our room was clean and fresh. The bed very comfortable . Our breakfast was beautifully cooked and arrived on time. We will differently stay there again. Evelyn and Bill Dudgeon Tenterfield.

A Great Find

The room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the small tables and chairs. The Botanic Gardens were a short drive away and the township shops were also a short drive, offering several cafes and restaurants. The room had everything we needed for a short stay, including a TV, kettle, toaster and iron. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Toowoomba.
