Upon arrival we were told that we had a designated parking space outside our room but as soon as we moved our car somebody else had parked there and there was nowhere else for our car so we had to leave it in an area that was not a parking space. My partner rang the number on the reception door but the person he spoke to didn’t care or have any alternative suggestions. The bedroom had a lot of dust on the bedside table, lamp etc. The bathroom needs a good scrub especially in the shower the grout is pretty dirty.

This property is well taken care of and the comfort of guests is obviously important. We had a kitchen and everything you need for basic cooking was supplied. It was great. We struggled with the bright lights at night from the car park. The property was easy to find and parking was fine too even though we had a large Ute. The bed and pillows were comfy and warm. Thanks Athena for your care and attention to detail!

Very clean, courteous staff and comfortable. Provided a one door dishwasher but large plates didn't fit in! Would have been good to have sheer curtains as well as blinds to allow both natural light and privacy.

We had attended a funeral, then stayed to.catch up with family. We nedded a meal, but arrived back at the Apartments at 7.55pm. When we asked if we were too late for dinner, the sraff said no, just take a seat and order. Staff were lovely and friendly, and chef cooked very yummy meals! Sorry for the late review, but our stay was very comfortable and we were welcomed be friendly staff! Thank you to all.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Only downfall would be that in their welcome book they say that the pool is heated, kids got ready to swim and were very upset when we got to the reception to be told they turn the heating off over winter. That was disappointing, I would recommend putting in the book that the pool is not heated in winter to avoid kids being disappointed. Otherwise everything else was great and the receptionist was weloming.
