Loved the location and great rooms for everyone to stay in. Very clean, great communication with the host. Only downfall is there are a lot of steps (which we knew going in,) it's just a lot for someone with bad knees.

Absolutely beautiful location and lake. Overall the house was nice but could use a nice deep cleaning. When we arrived we did need to wash some of the comforters as there was a lot of hair and you could tell they were not cleaned. The sheets seemed to be ok. For those with littles - the house is not super infant/toddler friendly unfortunately. There are a lot of steep stairs and limited handrails. It was a bit scary by the lake as there is a big drop off in front of the boat house and no railing to block it. We also forgot a play mat for my 8 month old and it was all hard floors so there was not really any safe space to lay her down. They did have a high chair and that was very helpful! The communication with the host was wonderful and my family overall had a great stay. We also very much appreciate them allowing a camper so that our last minute guests could stay too. Many memories were made here!

Great ice fishing stay!

Brought 9 friends up for an ice fishing weekend. Plenty of space for all of us, house was great and clean. Hosts responded quickly and all check-in/out directions were simple.

Beautiful Home

We are a group of 6 women over 50 and we were delighted by the home. Each space had plenty of room for all of us to have a comfortable spot to sit--living area, dining area, patio and porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was even a blow dryer in a bathroom. Plenty of towels were provided. The location was lovely. It is right on the lake and the view is beautiful. The leaves were changing, the stars were bright, and we even watched a storm come through. The only drawback we could find is the neighbors are very close. That was not an issue for us since they were very quiet, and we are not disruptive to others. This is just something to keep in mind if you are travelling with a different type of group. We really enjoyed our stay in this home.

Biked and hiked but too windy or rainy so didn’t get out in kayaks.. lovely setting and roomy kitchen and living room. (Needs more standing lamps in living room or we moved 2 lamps from bedrooms to put on tables for reading lites)

Great house, great location

Stayed in winter for an ice fishing trip. House is spacious and fit our group of 5 well. Wood burning stove and pellet stove for extra heat. Right on the lake with minimal steps. Beautiful views of sunset. Boat house was an added bonus w electricity and lights. Host was super accomodating and great with communication. Would highly recommend.

Lovely home with great views of Lake Nokomis. Quiet end of road location. Heard coyotes yipping one nite.. beautiful sound. Looking forward to enjoying location etc in summertime.

Beautiful, well kept property. We were there for an ice fishing trip and had some questions about parking for trailers and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Caught some fish and had a great time! Would love to come back in the summer.

Friends fall getaway

Other than the weather being less than ideal, we had a great time. The kids had fun making pizzas for the pizza oven, tried a little fishing catching a couple. We are hoping a return trip in the near future, love the area.

Tranquility in Tomahawk

The owners and managing company were very proactive and responsive for my stay. I was permitted to arrive early, and due to an unfortunate circumstance, had to leave a day early. The house was immaculate with peaceful and serene outdoor surroundings. I was there for peace and quiet, which is exactly what I received.

Perfect family vacation spot

Property was beautiful & had everything we needed both inside & outside. Enjoyed the pizza oven & made 6 great pizzas! Kids caught lots of fish & the dock was perfect for pontoon & jet ski. Enjoyed the chairs in the boathouse & patio set up. Owner was super with answering questions. Love to come back again!

Weekend with friends

The home was perfect! Clean comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size for our group and the location was perfect. Beautiful view of the lake . We came up for a snowmobile weekend and the access to the trail was right out the door and easy to navigate. Ken was extremely helpful and provided excellent communication! Thanks again

Exactly as Advertised

We all felt this was a great home to rent. Very homey right from the start. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a fire at night in the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.
