This is a must go and visit. We visited the ranch in November of this year and can not say enough about our stay. We were greeted by our host immediately upon arriving, even though it was late in the evening. The setting in the evening was beautiful, with lights and plants everywhere. The next morning the scene was just as beautiful. Lovely gardens and the most friendly dogs every, and a peaceful tranquility. We were taken care of for our stay by the other host and chef, George! George was amazing, a great host with lots of information and an amazing chef. We were pampered and treated well every part of the stay. George made the stay wonderful and really makes this ranch what it is. We do recommend the horse back ride to the waterfall, peaceful and serene are the best words we can come up with. We would like to thank all the wonderful staff for their kindness and hospitality. We strongly recommend this stay for anyone and everyone.

No es hotel, rancho sencillo y triste

Primero que nada, no es hotel, no sabría cómo llamarle pero hotel no es. Fuimos mi esposa, mi bebé de un año y yo. Es un lugar sencillo, eso no sería problema si no fuera porque te venden otra cosa. La cabaña sencilla, es lo más simple del mundo, sin muebles, muy pequeña para los tres, de barro y piso de madera muy rústica, con plaga de hormigas y arañas. Cuando pedimos fumigar, llegamos con las arañas y hormigas muertas tal cual donde se esparció el insecticida sin preocupación de la limpieza. Cama matrimonial llena de polvo y arañas. No es una opción para familias usar esta cabaña. El rancho está descuidado, pocas opciones de comida, todo vegetariano pero aún así sin opciones y caro. Los animales en un estado triste, falta mucha higiene, nadie nos ofreció ningún otro tipo de paseo. Paola y Lupita dieron buen servicio pero Edgar, el encargado que nos tocó, apenas nos dirigió la palabra y no estaba la mayor parte del tiempo. Este lugar es para personas que de verdad no tengan problemas con los insectos, con pocas expectativas de comodidad, no es un lugar para familias con niños muy pequeños como es mi caso. Si quieres la cabaña sencilla el baño está afuera, apartado. Esto no es práctico para familias, es más, ni para personas pues si llueve todo está enlodado. Ah! No hay internet, si tienes suerte sólo llegará internet de Telcel a tu celular. No es lo que promete, quedamos invitados a no volver.
