Laa habitaciones nontienen aire acondicionado, no hay caja fuerte, no hay pantalla ni control remoto, te cobran el uso de las toallas, el personal del hotel es grosero y te amenza si te quejas, la alberca es muy pequeña, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y si no alcanzas lugar no se hacen responsables. NO VAYAN.

Hotel aceptable, sin mayor comentario.. Incómodo pues no tiene elevedores y para trasladarse en el hotel se requiere subir y bajar. El acceso al estacionamiento es realmente incómodo (demasiadas escaleras). No hay forma de comunicase a la recepción del hotel desde las habitaciones; debe acudirse físicamente. Lo sugiero para un emergencia de hospedaje, lo cual además resulta caro.

* Tienen un desorden en la administración de la propiedad, no cumplen con el tipo de habitación reservada, reserve una premium con Jacuzzi y me dieron una sencilla de la mitad del tamaño esperado y sin Jacuzzi( ver fotos) * Tienen un problema sistémico, ya que por lo menos a otros dos huéspedes no les cumplieron con él tipo de habitación reservada porque los vi quejándose en recepción. * Se nota que sobrevenden el hotel * El area de la alberca, entre los huéspedes y la falta de limpieza, esta muy sucia ... solo remueven la "nata" y la dejan así para que se siga usando... ni loco me meto * Aire acondicionado a la media hora dejó de funcionar y no pudieron resolverlo * El estacionamiento no tiene la capacidad correspondiente para todos los cuartos, si no alcanzas te toca dejarlo en la careterra * No se hacen responsables de sus errores, solo le echan la culpa a Hoteles.com/Expedia para justificar sus errores, darte una habitacion chica y te dan un "usted disculpe" ... * Soy Usuario de hoteles.com de 10+Años y es la primera ver que me toca vivir algo asi * La comida en el hotel cara y nada sobresaliente * Si tiene expectativas o algo que celebrar...no confiaría en este hotel...porque seguro te van a salir con algo desagradable Y asi puedo seguir ...una serie de fallas y eventos desafortunados propiciados por la pobre administración... y es una lástima porque el hotel tiene potencial.
Esto es lo que me dieron ...cuando yo pedi una habitación grande con Jacuzzi...que tiene el doble de costo

Es un muy buen lugar para descansar, tiene una excelente vista al lago, un estacionamiento bastante amplio, yo recomiendo dejar el automóvil en el hotel y moverte en taxi al centro que esta a 15 minutos y el taxi lo puedes tomar justo frente al hotel, el personal super amable y atento en todo momento, sin duda regresaria al lugar

No, me cobraron una habitacion premium pero me dieron una habitacion basica, al llegar a ella me percate de ello, regresé y les comenté so habia habido algún error en la asignacion, se hablaron emtre ellos y me dijero que me pasarian a otra, que no era la premium pero que quizá me gustaria. Me dijeron que me cambiarian, pero tampoco lo hicieron, al dia siguiente al hacer checkout me dijo el encargado que me harian 20%de descuento a la siguiente visita, por el inconveniente. Lo que se me hace increible es que me cobrara una habitacion premium cuando no tenian. Considero un abuso
