Not what we were expecting.

The area was very shabby with a lot of vacant and unkempt properties. There were no dressers in the bedroom to put clothes and there was no counters in the bathrooms to put anything.

Great place, it has everything you need. No need to bring you own cook ware, consumables ( trash bags, paper towels, coffee, etc), utensils, plates. It is also clean.

Great location, clean, hot tub, karaoke!

This was a great stay. The house was just as described and it was so fun using the karaoke machine and the video games. The hot tub is huge and so relaxing. It was nice to unwind and look up at the stars. I recommend this place.

Ok stay but great communication

The house overall was smaller than we thought but clean and cozy. The karaoke was a plus we had fun with it. The only problem we had was the grill not working and even with the property manager coming to change out the tank, the grill did not work and it was a bummer bc we bought so much meat to grill and the whole purpose of our trip was to grill and have fun so that kinda ruined our trip. Hussein responded very quickly but it did not solve our problem. We used the grill for 5 min and it sounded like the gas was leaking so we couldn’t grill the rest of the night. Overall, had the grill worked, we would’ve enjoyed the place more but because grilling was a big part of our trip, I don’t think I would stay here again

Delivered on all its promises

The property was truly as listed. Near, clean and nicely set up. The host was thoughtful with the ensuring all the standard necessities were available. AC worked very well! Kitchen had plenty of utensils and tools. The hot tub was amazing! Very clean and new. Our group was 8 adults and a small dog and we were all very comfy. Would definitely visit again and appreciate the host checking in to ensure we were all good We saw deers and bears and really enjoyed the atmosphere overall

Needs improvements

If possible, I would have included photos with this review to highlight the issues we encountered upon arrival. Within the first few minutes, we noticed several concerning problems and contacted the host. There is a hole in the bathroom, and one of the rooms is locked without any explanation—raising concerns about the reason for the hole. The stairs are in poor condition and present a tripping hazard, with a loose handrail that adds to the risk. Additionally, the floors are uneven, and the back door does not fully close, leaving a gap at the bottom that allows smoke and bugs to enter the property. The washing machine has a noticeable moldy odor, and there is a lawnmower tractor obstructing half of the driveway. While I could continue listing issues, my intention is not to disparage the host but to point out that the property management is not adequately maintaining the home.

Amazing House

Unsafe

Too many safety and maintenance issues with this property to explain. We definitely won't be going back and don't recommend anyone to rent until the owner corrects a dozen problems with this property. The owner expected us to interrupt our vacation plans while they sort out the numerous maintenance and safety issues with the shower,furniture and hot tub, to name a few. Hope he has good insurance.

Nice little getaway. A little rough around the edges.

House was great. Location worked and house itself was great. I like the keypad check in so you didn’t need to worry about a key. I would say my biggest issues were the couch was very small and hard. It felt like a couch you use for staging a house, not one for actually sitting on. Also, the washer/dryer foamed up when I tried to use it and I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the first floor shower. The second floor shower worked fine though.

The property is super cute, not too close to any neighbors. The rooms were clean, there were lots to do for board games and videos games. We got to use the hot tub in the morning, which was great!

Family Getaway

The house was clean, host was attentive, responsive and helpful. The hot tub was a perfect addition to the property. The beds were comfortable, all linens were cleaned. If the community would be able to update on what’s open and available for use on a day to day basis that would be helpful. Lakes were closed as well as pools so that bummed us out but we made great use of the family games that are provided at the house. We would 100% recommend staying there and would stay again!
