We absolutely loved our stay in the Poconos mountain. The house had everything we needed, super clean and organized and everything was in close proximity. The host, Darren was very responsive and very kind. We look forward to staying here again.

This property worked out great for our family. Property is very nice and includes pretty much everything needed for a vacation. Communication from the property owner was especially good. He responded to every request - generally in a matter of minutes. If we were back in the area again with a similar need we would definitely stay here again.

Very lovely and accommodating place to stay!

It was great to see the house exactly how was described. The host is very accommodating and informative. The location is perfect for the family where everyone can find something to do outdoors and indoors. The house is conveniently located near shopping and some restaurants. I will get back to this place in the future!

Awesome winter getaway with family

House is well equipped, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, amazing cozy warm fireplace , pet friendly (house is very clean and we had no allergy issues at all; a first !) Owner of home is very responsive and reachable before and during stay. Easily got to kalahari and skiing, tobyhanna park, as well as many restaurant options, grocery is 5 mins away along w Dunkin donuts. *WE WILL DEFINITELY REFER THIS HOME AND USE IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE* Thanks Darren, we can't wait to return in the summer!

Great location and amenities. The house was very cozy and clean. Quiet neighborhood, great for a getaway from the big city. We saw deer in the back yard! Communication was excellent. Darren was very friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions. Would definitely return!

Awesome weekend stay at the Poconos

Booked a last minute trip with a family friend and our total group of 8 (four kids under 10) couldn’t have been happier. The house is close proximity to everything you’d want to do in the area, is exceptionally clean, spacious, and well designed to even give kids their separate space! Darren is an excellent host, available to answer any questions. We can’t wait to be back!

Such a great find! This house was perfect for our needs! After booking, the owner immediately reached out to see if we had any questions and was in constant contact with the necessary information about the area. gain access. The house was very clean with clean towels and linens. The kitchen stocked was stocked with all cooking needs, dishes, and flatware. The open floor plan was perfect. The kids had their own TV area in the loft while the adults were able to hang downstairs. It is very close to shopping and a short ride to outlets and camelback. Will definitely be staying again next year!

We were 3 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6 and this house was comfortable, spacious and the location was ideal since we were coming from NYC and Philly. The kitchen was well equipped and communication with Darren was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, modern house. TV in every room is a huge plus. Home is very modern! All kitchen appliances in perfect condition. Has a workspace as well with a printer. More than enough parking. Host is consistent in comm. Highly recommend!

Resound in beautiful home

Darren has everything covered. Home is well stocked and so very comfortable and stylish. The community has so many amenities but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of anything but nice walks.

Nice family room and conveniently located

For the most part, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this house. It was adequate for our needs and close to the activities that interested us. Pros: Owner answers questions very promptly Nice selection of games that are all in good condition Wonderful family room with fireplace and outstanding recliner couches. Room for lots of people. So comfortable I wish I’d spent more time there. Comfortable beds Lots of TV’s Swimming pool and club are very close Short drive to grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, McDonalds Nice deck with firepit and tiki torches to keep the summer bugs at bay. Had we stayed longer we would have had a s’mores night and spent more time back there. Cons: Persistent odor from major house repair which we didn’t find out about until we arrived. Could not get rid of the smell and we tried everything. Permeated our suitcases and clothes and we had to air them out when we got home. Owner very responsive to our questions but ultimately could not fix the problem. This definitely cast a pall over our stay unfortunately. House needs some TLC and deep cleaning. It was “clean enough” but could use a deep clean. Other people’s clothes in the closet. While I might expect extra bedding supplies or towels, I don’t expect someone else’s boots and/clothes to be there. Major work in the front yard is not obvious from the listing.

Very Happy in Tobyhanna

The house is very clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with all essentials and extras. We spent every night enjoying a gas fire pit surrounded by tikki torches. It was an excellent base for all outdoor adventures.

Excellent host and beautiful house

We stayed here for a week and were not disappointed. From the start of the booking process Darren was a great host. He was quick to respond with any question I had at any time. The house was beautiful, clean and exactly like the pictures. The area is nice and quiet and convenient to a lot of places. We would definitely recommended to anyone looking to get away!!

The comforts of home in a beautiful house

Our family and our dog enjoyed our week at the Poconos. There are so many activities to choose from so closee by. Or you can just relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and new appliances. The grill and the fire pit were so easy to use and we enjoyed the deck. . The owners put thought in providing a vacationer all they could need while on vacation.

Great Experience

From start to finish we had a great experience. Instructions from Darren regarding accessing the property were clear, easy to understand. The binder with instructions and rules for the property was also very easy to read, rules were simple, common sense things you would follow if at a friend or family members house. Property was clean, well stocked. The community amenities were great. Would suggest making reservations at the restaurant in the community in advance, it books up quickly.
